Reconciliation: A shared responsibility
We delve into SOEL’s journey of Reconciliation over the years through research with educators and children.
Schools of Early Learning acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land we stand on, the Whadjuk Noongar people. We wish to acknowledge the strength of their continuing culture and the contributions they make to this region and our learning programmes. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
More than just child care, Schools of Early Learning (SOEL) is a family owned business that provides high quality care for children 6 months to 6 years.
Through collaboration, and in keeping with SOEL Values, we build partnerships with families and the community to create opportunities that parents value and in which children are listened to, respected, mentored and challenged, so that they can be local, national, international and global citizens.
SOEL has world leading long day care centres across the Western Suburbs of Perth, ranging from North Perth to North Fremantle, open for more than 50 hours per week. Tour one of our centres to see for yourself why we are the best child care in Western Australia.
Our values are more than just five words. To SOEL, they are the signposts of quality on our journey forward.
We believe children are strong, capable and resilient researchers, exploring themselves and their environment. Our Perth educators are nurturers and caregivers who provide safe environments for this exploration to take place. Therefore they are collaborators and co-researchers, who above all support the development of children’s knowledge, concepts, skills and learning dispositions.
